What Is Multi Camera Shooting?
Multi camera shooting is a way in which you can capture a broadcast, sporting event or live shooting. It allows you to get multiple views of the event. It allows you to view all angles so you can pick and choose to get the shot you are trying to portray. 4 cameras are what is generally used one will be straight on the whole thing the second and third will be on the main characters or the person talking or the main presenters (they are usually close ups). The forth can be a shot of the audience if there is one or something in the environment that may add to the shot. The 4 cameras are controlled by a switcher a board that allows you to go from camera to camera. They can also make transition effects and move other signals like tilters.
